My daughter's Prom day

This is one of the reason's I have been so busy...

My little girl April left primary school so had her leaver's play and Prom all in one week and these are the picture's from her Prom, this little girl of mine is always wearing leggings or jeans and here she is in a dress that she chose herself awwwwww I was soooo proud to see her all dressed up for her prom. April is a shy little one and does not like to stand out normally but bless her she has been getting a little more confident. She had a lovely evening and I hope she has a lovely time in her new secondary school were she wants to earn enough grades to study to be a Vet unless she changes her mind like children do at this age do but her love of animals is very apparent.

Here she is with one of her cats Buddy.

Love you April as I love all my children and will always be behind all of you for whatever you chose to do in life just to see you children smile is beautiful xxx

  4. What a really pretty dress. I'm glad she had a lovely evening. Funny isn't it seeing them all dressed up.

Booties finished and now working on finishing a couple of cushion covers, I think I will sew the fronts onto covers, saves time but then again maybe I should hunt out a couple of jumpers to use. Trying to clear some of the WIP I have around. head full of ideas but lack of time.

    Any luck with the socks?

    3. I will do thank you as your crochet always looks so neat, I dare not even mention my room like that it is a disgrace to be honest but have promised myself I will have it tidy before the children return back to school but there is never enough hours is there?! x

    1. She would not have it any other way :) my youngest daughters love to have their own style and sometimes my very youngest one Lily clashes her clothes a bit but I think oh well at least she will be different ;) I just seen you have put up another dreamy post oh that London flat is huge, welcoming and very nice x

  9. I’m pleased to first see April looking her best, although I think she’s no less pretty in jeans. If you’re not sure of a woman’s character, look at how she chooses her clothes. If I follow that, I think I would’ve to commend you for bringing her up in a good way. The dress is not too close-fitting, which is very appropriate of her age. She looks good in blue! :D Jerri Washam
